The 10-Minute Affiliate UGC Playbook with Claude + Higgsfield

A start-to-finish system for turning Claude and Higgsfield into a one-window affiliate marketing machine: research, video, carousel, and Pinterest distribution — daily, in 10 minutes.

01 Connect Higgsfield to Claude

~2 minutes. Account-based OAuth, no API keys.

Option A — claude.ai (web)

  1. Open claude.ai → click your profile icon (top right) → Settings.
  2. Open the Connectors tab on the left sidebar.
  3. Click Add custom connector and name it Higgsfield.
  4. Server URL: https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp (note the /mcp path — bare host returns 404).
  5. Add → Connect. A browser tab opens; sign in to your Higgsfield account and approve.
  6. Open the connector's Configure screen and switch Needs Approval to Always Allow so video generations don't get interrupted mid-prompt.

Option B — Claude Code (CLI)

Terminal
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http higgsfield https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp

Then quit and restart Claude Code (it reads MCP config at session start). Run /mcp → select higgsfieldAuthenticate. Browser handshake completes setup.

Trap: Higgsfield's docs say to paste https://mcp.higgsfield.ai as the server URL. That fails — OAuth succeeds, but the transport call returns HTTP 404. Always use the /mcp sub-path.

02 Two-Prompt Product Research

Run these in Claude. One picks a niche; the other picks products.

Prompt 1 — Find the niche

Claude prompt
Act as an elite affiliate marketing strategist.

Give me 5 trending product categories for affiliate UGC content right now. For each category include:

• Why it works on short-form video (TikTok / Reels / Shorts / Pinterest)
• Typical commission rate range
• Best-performing video style for this category
• Two viral hook patterns that are already converting
• Beginner-friendliness vs. market saturation (1–10 each)

Rank by overall opportunity, not by trendiness alone. Be specific — no fluff.

Prompt 2 — Find the specific products

Claude prompt
Inside the category I picked: [PASTE CATEGORY], give me 10 specific products that:

1. Have an active affiliate program (Amazon Associates, Impact, ClickBank, brand-direct — name which)
2. Have strong visual appeal for short-form video
3. Are currently trending on TikTok and Pinterest

For each product include:
• Brand + product name
• Affiliate program + commission rate
• A specific viral hook that's working right now
• One sentence on the buyer's emotional trigger
Validated picks (per the source video): Health & Wellness category. Top product → magnesium supplement at 30% commission, 9.5/10 viral score, "solves bad sleep + anxiety." Other strong picks: collagen, creatine, at-home red light therapy (up to $120/sale).

03 Generate the UGC Video

9:16 vertical, 15 sec, Seedance 2.0. ~30–60 sec render.

  1. Google the product, grab the Amazon image. If the image won't paste cleanly, paste the public Amazon URL — Claude routes it to Seedance.
  2. Also paste the Amazon product description so Claude knows what's being sold.
  3. Ask Claude to use the Higgsfield connector explicitly, read the product info first, then run the storyboard below.

Storyboard prompt template

Claude prompt
Use Higgsfield to generate a 15-second 9:16 vertical UGC video using Seedance 2.0.

Product: [PASTE BRAND + NAME + AMAZON URL OR IMAGE]
Product description: [PASTE DESCRIPTION]

Storyboard:
1. 25-year-old woman holds the bottle, looking exhausted
2. Flashback: tossing and turning in bed, scrolling phone in the dark
3. Opens the capsules, takes one with water
4. Sleeps peacefully — soft warm light
5. Wakes up refreshed, smiling, opens the curtains

Style: warm, natural, UGC creator vibe. First-person feel.
Voice: realistic TikTok creator, conversational, slightly tired in the open, energized at the end.
Locked settings: 9:16 vertical, 15 seconds, Seedance 2.0.
Why Seedance 2.0 specifically: It's Higgsfield's newest video model. It removes the stiff/awkward/creepy-AI-face problem. Hyper-realistic human motion and facial expression. Pin it explicitly — don't let the system pick a default.

The video lands inside the Claude chat window. If it's not quite right, tweak the storyboard or hit recreate for another variant of the same product.

04 Volume — Different Hooks, Different Angles

Affiliate marketing is a volume game.

Claude can spin up 5 or 50 variants per product — different creators, different hooks, different emotional angles. Examples to ask for:

The speed advantage compounds. One product, ten angles, one afternoon.

06 Distribute on Pinterest (with Affiliate Link)

Pinterest is the channel where affiliate links attach directly to the pin — no website, no Shopify, no tracker.

  1. Create a new pin in your Pinterest business account.
  2. Upload the Higgsfield video (or carousel images).
  3. Choose an attention-grabbing cover frame.
  4. Ask Claude for the SEO copy:
    Claude prompt
Write Pinterest SEO copy for a pin promoting [PRODUCT].

    Give me:
    • Title (under 100 characters, keyword-rich, hook-style)
    • Description (under 500 characters, helpful tone, ends with soft CTA)
    • 10 hashtags ranked best to worst
    • A 1-line CTA for the pin overlay text
  5. Paste into Pinterest.
  6. Click Add productUse affiliate link → paste your Amazon Associates link (or ClickBank, Impact, etc.).
  7. Turn on the affiliate disclosure toggle.
  8. Schedule the post for 6–10 PM in your target timezone.
Why Pinterest first: It's still one of the most underrated traffic sources for affiliate marketing — especially wellness, beauty, fitness, home, routines, supplements. And it's the only major platform where the affiliate link rides directly on the pin.

07 The Operating Cadence

The whole point: a day's content in 10 minutes.

2videos / day
1carousel / day
4platforms
10minutes

Cross-post the same content to Pinterest + TikTok + Instagram Reels + YouTube Shorts. Pinterest carries the affiliate link; the others drive top-of-funnel awareness.

The honest take: The pitch in the source video is "this changes affiliate marketing forever." The real change is more bounded — chat-to-video in one window eliminates context-switching across 4–5 tools, and Seedance 2.0 finally produces believable UGC. Both real. Both meaningful. Neither civilizational. Run the loop daily anyway — that's where the compounding lives.
